General maintenance

Use the dry air without the high moisture

Check the putting to earth ground

Be careful of the trespass of paint, metal chip & dust into MCU

Can not start the MCU (Main control unit):

Check S/W & lamps on the front panel see page

LCD display problem:

If the LCD displays the misspell or the cursor moves by one self,
Please clear all memory on the front panel, and input the data, and again start the machine.

If it has a still problem, check the main control board or contact our distributor immediately.

Lost the X/Y: coordinates

When the machine lost the inputted X/Y coordinator values, is this location error continuously every
time?
If yes, please check the X/Y values again and try to the memory clear.
If you still have same problem, please check the other controller near MCU.
This will be an electrical noise problem and check again by electrician.

Check the mechanism of the X/Y-moving system:

Please check all connection of X/Y-axis motor and driver
Check the timing pulley and belts, motors and support bolt of pulley.

, If the misspelling, please check pulley assembly.

If the motor stop, check a motor driver, motor and DC24volt power supply
