Flat battery operations
- Keep the brake pedal fully pressed.
- Pull the strap upwards and leftwards until the release lever
locks in vertical position. The transmission is now no longer set
on P (park) and the vehicle can be moved. Disengage the
parking brake only when the vehicle is firmly connected to a
towing vehicle.
For resetting the park position manual lever release position:
-
Pull the stabilisation strap upwards, releasing it from the
"locked" position.
- Lower the parking brake manual release lever rightwards to its
original position.
- Put the stabilisation strap back in the bottom of the console and
refit the cover.
