Q2: I forgot the password to log in the router’s configuration page, what should I do?

The default wireless password is printed on the label beneath the router. Press and
hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds. Wait for the router to reboot,
connect to the router with default password and re-configure the router.
Q3: I cannot log in the router’s configuration page, what should I do?
This can happen for various reasons. Please try the methods below to log in again.
➢
Make sure your computer is connected to the router correctly either via an Ethernet
cable or wireless network.
➢
Make sure the IP address of your computer is configured as
Obtain an IP address
automatically
and
Obtain DNS server address automatically
. If you are not sure
about how to do this, please check:
Appendix B: Configure DHCP in your PC

Make sure
h1wifi.com (or 192.168.1.1)
is correctly entered in the address bar of
your browser.
➢
If h1wifi.com (or 192.168.1.1)
does not respond,
check the
default gateway
of your
computer and enter that address in the address bar of your browser. If you are not
sure about how to do this, please check:
Appendix C: Find the IP address of your
PC.
➢
Use another web browser or computer to log in again.
➢
Reset the router to factory settings and try again. If login still fails, please contact
the technical support.
