SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
• Read, study and follow all instructions before assembling or operating this device. Failure to heed these ins-
tructions may result in a personal injury and/or properly damage.
• DO NOT exceed maximum capacity of 150kg.
• DO NOT stand on the creeper. It’s designed to be used on hard and level surface to sustain de load, otherwise
stability cannot be guaranteed so you could be exposed to severe personal or material damage.
• Alterations shall not be applied to this product. If the creeper is not operating properly, part get lost or just
missing or broken, stop using it immediately.
• The creeper is made by flammable material, so fire shall not be light around.
ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
• Connect the three foam padded sections of the creeper together with 4 M8x55 hex head bolts and M8 lock
nuts.
• Tighten the M8 hex head bolts and nuts firmly.
• Install the casters into the frames of an already assembled creeper body.
HOW TO CONVERT THE CREEPER TO MECHANICS SEAT:
1. Locate and unlock the locking pin by pulling it out. Flip the middle part of the creeper towards the end until the
locking pin can engage the mechanics seat locking latch.
2. Flip the front part of creeper (head frame) to the other side until it has sit horizontally.
3. Do the same steps backwards to convert the working seat to a creeper.
