POLICY STATEMENT
It is the policy of Jaylor to improve its products where it is possible and practical to do so. Jaylor reserves
the right to make changes or improvements in design and construction at any time, without incurring the
obligation to make these changes on previously manufactured units.

OWNER/OPERATOR’S RESPONSIBILITY
It is the Owner/Operator’s responsibility to read the
Owner Manual
, to operate, lubricate, maintain, and
store the product in accordance with all instructions and safety procedures. Failure of the
Owner/Operator to read the
Owner Manual
is a misuse of this equipment.
Like all mechanical products, Jaylor products will require cleaning and upkeep. It is the Owner/Operator’s
responsibility to inspect the product and to have any part(s) and/or assemblies repaired or replaced when
continued operation would cause damage or excessive wear to other components or cause a safety
hazard.
It is the Owner/Operator’s responsibility to deliver the product to the authorized Jaylor Dealer or
Distributor, from whom it was purchased, for service or replacement of defective parts which are covered
by warranty. Repairs to be submitted for warranty consideration must be made within thirty (30) days of
the failure. It is the Owner/Operator’s responsibility to cover any cost incurred by the Dealer for traveling
to the site or hauling the product for the purpose of performing a warranty obligation or inspection.
