User management
The possible actions differ according to
the active user role/group with operation of
the JPC70. You open user management by
touching the active user role in the status bar.

The JPC70 recognizes the following user roles:
•
ViewOnly:
Is active as long as the user
is not logged in. With this role, measured
values can be viewed and alarms/warnings
can be acknowledged.
•
Operator:
Standard role for logged-in
users. They can also acknowledge and
configure alarms and warnings in addition
to the ViewOnly user.
•
Administrator:
Device settings can be
carried out, users can be managed and
the system settings of the JPC70 can be
changed.
In the user management, you can:
• change the user.
• log the user out.
• change the user password.
• open the user settings.

You can create, delete, edit or block users
in the user settings.
