Uninstalling User Applications
(applies only to user-installed applications)
To uninstall (remove) user applications:
Method B
1.
From the XT1
Home
screen, touch
Apps
.
2.
Touch and hold
the
user application icon
to be uninstalled.
⎯
An Uninstall area will appear in white type.
3.
Maintaining fingertip pressure on the icon,
drag it
towards the
Uninstall trash
can
(Figure 18).
⎯
Both the icon to be uninstalled and the screen’s
Uninstall
area change from white to red
when the icon reaches the
correct Uninstall area (Figure 19).
4.
Lift your finger from the screen to release the icon and begin the
uninstall process.
5.
Touch
OK
to confirm the uninstallation of the application (Figure 20).
Or
Touch
Cancel
to abandon the uninstallation process (Figure 20)

The uninstallation process is confirmed when complete.
