If the LED on the “On/Off switch” flashes 1 or 2 times per second continuously, the
power is running low. Charge the battery. Battery should be charged before first use.
After every use, recharge the battery until the charger LED light turns from RED to
GREEN. Never charge the battery longer than 10 hours.
Check battery connections during charging. Check all wires and connectors. Make
sure that they are connected properly. See assembly step 2 & 21.
Make sure wall outlet power is “ON.”
If the LED on the “On/off Switch” flashes 4 times repeatedly, it means the Gear Shift
Knob is not in correct position, please adjust the Shift Knob again.
Ensure that the LED light on the charger is RED while charging.
Contact Customer Service if LED light is not on.
If the LED on “On/Off switch” light is off while switch is “on”, the battery was
damaged(See “Old Battery”) or thermal switch may have tripped because the vehicle
was overloaded or the driving conditions were too severe. Once the switch/fuse has
tripped, release the pedal and wait for several minutes before operating the vehicle
again. In case the vehicle still not work after waiting several minutes, please see
“Fuse Blown” below. To avoid tripping the fuse, do not overload the vehicle by
exceeding the 81.0 lb (37 kg) maximum weight capacity. Do not pull anything behind
the vehicle or drive up hills as it will trip the fuse. Do not run into fixed objects, which
can cause the wheels to stop spinning and ultimately trip the fuse.
If the LED on the “On/off Switch” flashes 3 times repeatedly and repeat continuous, it
means the vehicle in circuit protection mode, turn “On/ Off switch” to “Off” and then
turn it “On” again, the vehicle will back to normal. If the same situation occurs
frequently, please contact Customer Service for additional support.
Check all wires and connectors. Make sure that they are connected properly.
See assembly step 2 & step 21.
If the LED on “On/Off switch” is off while switch is “on”, please turn off the switch and
proceed to recharge. Disconnect the charger in case the LED of charger turns to
“Green” immediately after attempting to charge. The battery may be damaged and
cannot be recharged. It may be caused by improper care of the battery. Charging
longer than 10 hours may lead to a shorter battery life.
Call Customer Service for additional support.
Replace the fuse. See assembly step 26.

The battery should not be charged for more than 10 hours. Charging for periods
greater than 10 hours can cause damage to the battery life.

Maximum weight capacity = 81.0 lb (37 kg). Overloading the vehicle will cause lower speeds.
Driving on hard level ground is preferred. Driving on an incline will decrease the speed
of the vehicle.
