*1) The minimum interval for trigger modes shows in case of LVAL sync mode. For LVAL sync
mode, the accumulation time should be added.
*2) In order to maintain the minimum interval on the partial scan, it is necessary so that the
exposure time should not exceed the lines for the continuous mode. When the exposure is
set at longer than that of the continuous mode, the interval becomes longer than the
described by figures (Exposure time – Lines of the continuous).
