Align
the
fiberglass
fan
cover
to
the
fan
housing
as
shown.
Install
a
flat
washer
onto
the
screws
and
fasten
the
fan
cover
to
the
fan
housing.
Note:
At
this
point
leave
4
of
the
screw
as
indicated
below
not
installed.

Be careful to not over tighten the screws as the
