6 ADJUSTMENTS

6.11 THROTTLE CABLE ADJUSTMENT ___________________________________________
1. Remove hardware securing upper handle cover and
move cover to the side. Do not disconnect any wires
from electrical components.
2. Move throttle (AH) to fast position. Loosen retaining
clip hardware (AG)
3. Position throttle cable so end of cable sheath
extends 1-1/4 in. (32 mm) beyond cable retaining
clip
(AJ) . Push cable up as required until cable end
is located in hole of throttle stop plate (AK) . Tighten
retaining clip hardware.
4. Move throttle (AH) to slow position.
5. Make certain bail handle is disengaged. Move wire
stop
(AL) up until it is just touching throttle stop
plate (AK) . Tighten wire stop screw.
6. Slowly move throttle lever to fast position. Cable
end must move through hole in throttle stop plate
without binding.

6.12 FRONT ROLLER WEIGHT ___________________________________________________
The weight on the front roller is adjustable between 35
and 45 lb (15.9 - 20.4 kg). Adjust the front roller weight as
required to meet your turf needs.
1. To adjust front roller weight, disconnect power
connector
(AB) and remove battery pack (AC) .
Loosen hardware (AD) , place battery pack back onto
mower, take mower off kickstand and slide battery
mounting tray
(AE) as required.
2. To increase front roller weight, slide tray towards
front of mower. To decrease front roller weight, slide
tray towards rear of mower.
3. When desired weight is attained, measure distance
from rear bar
(AF) to back of tray (AE) . Remove
battery pack (AC) . Recheck measured dimension
and tighten hardware (AD) .

CAUTION
To prevent injury or property damage, place mower on
kick stand before removing battery pack.
Full battery packs weigh approximately 55 lbs. Use
proper lifting techniques when moving them.
