6.8 HANDLE _________________________________________________________________
1. To adjust the angle of the handle bar (Y) , loosen
screw (W) on both sides of the mower and adjust the
handle bar to the desired position.
2. After adjusting handle bar, adjust bracket (X) so that
the handle bar just rests on the bottom of the slot in
bracket. Tighten screw
(W) .

6.9 OPC SWITCH ADJUSTMENT ________________________________________________
1. Remove lower handle cover.
2. Loosen set screw and adjust collar (Z) on OPC bail
rod to 4-7/8 in. (124 mm) from end of rod.
3. Test switch and adjust collar up or down as required
until switch contacts are open with the OPC
disengaged, and contacts close when OPC is
engaged. When adjusting switch, any free play in
bail handle with OPC disengaged must be taken
into account.
4. Tighten set screw and install lower handle cover.

6.10 THROTTLE SPRING ADJUSTMENT ___________________________________________
1. Remove lower handle cover.
2. Loosen set screw and adjust collar (AA) on throttle
spring rod to 1/2 in. (13 mm) from end of rod.
3. Tighten set screw and install lower handle cover.
