Manual mode operating procedure (fig.9, 10)
A. Open the hopper grid.
B. Lubricate the inside of the hopper using a spray can or a cloth dipped in Vaseline-based oil and tip
the dough into it.
C. Close the hopper grid.
D. Set the desired dough piece weight using the weight setting buttons.
(A position indicator showing the variation in weight is located next to the buttons
).
E. Set the digital counter to determine the desired number of dough pieces.
F. Set the selector to manual.
G. Start up and adjust the speed using the potentiometer.
H. The red button stops a cycle in progress.
Other control button functions (fig.3, n°21)
When the STOP button is illuminated, it means that the minimum oil level has been reached
(fill immediately with sunflower oil).
Set the desired dough piece weight using the weight setting buttons only when the
machine is running or when the machine is stopped and the piston is facing towards
the outfeed belt.
When the machine is stopped using the STOP button or when the hopper grid is
opened, set the speed potentiometer to position 0 and then set the desired speed
again.
8 MAINTENANCE
8.1 Daily, by a trained operator.
A. Clean the residue tray.
B. Clean the outfeed belt using a brush.
C. Check the flour dispenser level.
D. Clean the hopper with an oiled cloth.
E. Clean the scraper located under the outfeed belt.
8.2 Weekly, by a trained operator.
A. Clean the inside of the machine with a cloth and a brush.
B. Check the physical condition of the oil via the tank.
C. Check drive belt tensions.
D. Check conveyor belt tension.
8.3 Annually, by an approved agent.
Check that the oil pump is operating correctly.
Change the oil
