Quick Start Guide
CHARGING Jabra JOURNEY
Use the USB cable to connect Jabra JOURNEY to the car charger. It takes ap-
proximately 2.5 hours to fully charge the in-car speakerphone.
TURNING Jabra JOURNEY ON AND OFF
You can use an “I/0” switch to turn on (I) and off (0) your in-car speakerphone.
Jabra JOURNEY can also turn on and off automatically, if the on/off slider is
in the “I” position. It turns off automatically after being 10 min. in a sleeping
mode. It turns on automatically by using a motion sensor.
PAIRING Jabra JOURNEY WITH YOUR PHONE
When you turn on your Jabra JOURNEY the first time it will be in pairing mode.
The voice announcement will guide you through the pairing process.
USING Jabra JOURNEY
Answer or end a call
• Tap the answer/end button on your in-car speakerphone to answer/end a call
• You can also answer an incoming call by using your voice and saying
“Answer” or “Ignore”**
Make a call
• The call will automatically transfer to your in-car speakerphone*. If it does
not, please tap the answer/end button on your in-car speakerphone
• You can also use your voice to make a call. Tap the voice button and Jabra
JOURNEY will activate “Voice Dial” function on your phone
Voice button*
• You can activate your phone’s voice control mode by tapping the voice but-
ton when you are not in an active call
Redial last number*
• Double tap the answer/end button when the in-car speakerphone is con-
nected to your phone
Adjust volume level
• Tap the volume up and volume down buttons to adjust the volume level
Mute On/Off
• To mute an active call press the voice button until you hear a special sound
indication for mute
• To un-mute an active call press the voice button again
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Play Music and GPS application from your phone*
You can transfer music, GPS directions or any other type of audio from your
phone to Jabra JOURNEY.
Caller ID Announcement*
When your phone rings Jabra JOURNEY browses the phone number in your mo-
bile phone and defines the person the phone number belongs to.
Advanced Multiuse
Jabra JOURNEY can be connected to two mobile devices at the same time.
