Attention: Do not operate the hand mixer for over 3 minutes continuously.
Hints for Hand Mixer
• For cake mixtures, use butter or margarine at room temperature or softened.
• To avoid overloading your mixing bowl, select one of an appropriate size.
• Large quantities and thick mixtures may require a longer mixing time.
• When whipping cream, use a high-sided bowl to minimize splashing.
Use of Stick Mixer
You can blend soups, sauces, milk shakes, mayonnaise, baby food etc.
• Ensure the appliance is disconnected from the electrical outlet before assembly.
• Cut large ingredients into pieces of approx. 2cm before you process them.
• If your hand blender gets blocked, unplug before clearing.
• Do not use the stick mixer to process uncooked vegetables.
HINT: To avoid splashing, place the blade in the food before switching on.
IMPORTANT: Your hand blender is not suitable for ice crushing.
1. Insert the stick foot (12) into the socket (6) by sliding the door of the socket with one hand and
inserting the stick foot (12) with the other hand. Screw well.
2. Plug in the appliance in the socket.
3. Place the stick foot (12) into a pan/bowl and then press the ON/OFF button (4).
4. After use, release the ON/OFF button (4).
5. Unplug the appliance and remove the stick foot (12) by unscrewing and pulling it out of the
socket (6).
Notes:
• For safer use, it is advisable to remove the pan from the eye and allow the hot liquids to cool
until they reach room temperature before mixing.
• Do not allow the fluid to reach a level higher than the joint between the handle and the axle of
the rod.
• Mix the food with the bar by slicing or mixing the ingredients until they have a uniform texture.

Use of the Chopper
You can chop vegetables, herbs, biscuits and nuts.
• Ensure the appliance is disconnected from the electrical outlet before assembly.
• Don’t chop hard foods such as coffee beans, ice cube, spices or chocolate – you’ll damage
the blade.
• Remove any bones and cut food into 1-2cm cubes.
