Before the First Use
• Wash the parts of the appliance. See “care and cleaning” section.
Using the Hand Mixer
1. Unwrap the cord.
2. Insert the dough hooks (10) or beaters (11) and push them in until you hear the clipping sound.
3. Plug in the appliance in the socket.
4. With the ingredients in a bowl of an appropriate size, place the dough hooks (10) or the
beaters (11) into the bowl.
5. Press the ON/OFF button (4)
6. When the mixture reaches the desired consistency, press the ON/OFF button (4) and then lift
the dough hooks (10) or beaters (11) out of the bowl.
7. Unplug.
8. Remove the accessories by pressing the accessories ejection button (3). When ejecting the
tools, hold on the tool shafts.
