2.9 PROBLEMS AND TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of failure during the use of the appliance, before contacting the assistance center, please read carefully the following
points:
PROBLEMS TROUBLESHOOTING
The machine is switched on but does not
work. Ensure that the machine is correctly connected to a wall socket. Check if the main switch
is in ON position.
The machine is switched on, and after
few seconds the machine beeps. Check if there is water into the reservoir, or, in case the machine is connected to the
water net, if the water tap is open.
No water comes from the brewing
group head.
Check the water level into the tank. Check the filter under the group.
During the coffee brewing,
coffee comes out too quickly.
Check if the coffee is ground too coarsely.
During the infusion, there is no coffee
brewing or the coffee brewing is too
slow.
Coffee is ground too finely or it is too strongly pressed into the filter holder.
NO hot water and/or steam coming out
from the respective taps. Check if the holes or the steam/hot water wand are not blocked up. In case they are
blocked up, clean them properly.
