1 Introduction 

1.1 Overview 

The CAN@net allows simple, flexible access to CAN-systems via Ethernet or Mo-
dem/GSM. By supporting the TCP/IP protocol, CAN@net can be accessed world-

wide via the Internet.  
With the IXXAT CAN@net, you have purchased a high-quality electronic compo-

nent that has been developed and manufactured according to the latest techno-
logical standards.  
This manual is intended to help familiarize you with your device. Please read this 
manual before beginning with installation.
