ATTENDANT POSITION USER GUIDE - 222 

PUTTING A CALL ON HOLD 

 

Operation 

To put a call on Hold:

Press the Hold button 

HOLD/DND

 and the lamp will 

intermittently flash green on the outside line button 

PICKING UP A CALL ON HOLD 

 

Operation  

To retrieve a call on Hold: 

)

 

Press the green intermittently flashing button representing the 
call that you wish to speak with 

PUTTING A CALL ON CALL PARK 

When you cannot locate an extension user you may page the desired 
individual.  This feature allows the outside call to be automatically placed on 
Call Park when the Page button is depressed.  The display on the DSS will 
show which park number the call has been placed on to allow the attendant 
to announce where the call is parked. 

 

Operation 

When speaking to an outside party:
