DIGITAL TELEPHONE USER GUIDE - 161 

BUSY INTERCOM CALLBACK 

Allows you to instruct the ECS to inform you when a busy extension that 
you called becomes idle.  When the extension becomes idle, the ECS will 
call you back.  After you answer, the desired extension will automatically be 
dialed.  If your phone has a display, the display will inform you that the call 
is a Callback and identify the extension.  You may leave one Callback 
message. 
 

Operation 

When you make an intercom call and the extension is busy:
