While International Valve Marketing, LLC has used reliable sources to determine these values, there are many
variables that will affect the results and the use of this information is at sole risk of the user.
DO NOT OVER or UNDER TIGHTEN fasteners.
NOTE:
Stainless steel fasteners tend to gall while being tightened. The risk of galling or thread seizing can be reduced by the:
Use of lubrication.
Tightening of fasteners with low rpm’s; without interruptions.
Application of only light pressure.
Avoidance prevailing torque lock nuts.
