INSTALLING THE WINDOW KIT

The window venting kit must be installed in order for your portable air conditioner to function properly. It has been 
designed to fit into most vertical and horizontal window openings, as well as sliding glass doors up to seven feet long.

NOTE: Make sure you have fully assembled the window kit before installing it.

5. Panels A and C should now be connected 
  by Panel B as shown below.

1.  Open the window or door and adjust the 
  length of the window kit panels (

  to fit the opening. If necessary, mark the 
  kit and cut one end down to properly fit 
 the 

opening. 

2. Screw the exhaust hose 
 connector

) onto the 

  exhaust hose (

 as 

shown. 

4. Attach the exhaust hose (

) to 

  the window kit adapter (

13/13a

), 

  and then attach the adapter to 
  the window kit panel (

). 

  If you choose to use the optional 
  window kit adapter extension (

  attach one end to the window kit 
  adapter, and then attach the other 
  end of the adapter extension to 
  the window kit panel. Close the 
  door or window tightly.

3. Screw the other 
  end of the exhaust 
 hose 

connector

6. Complete the assembly by tightening the wing nuts all the
