1. The player can be used as a 4GB external storage disc.
2. Systems later than Windows 98 do not require any drivers to be
installed. Just connect it to the PC and you can use it straight away
(plug & play).
3. The player has a USB port. The battery starts recharging as soon as
it is connected to the PC.

1. Check the battery level.
2. Make sure the device is switched on.
3. Make sure the volume is set, or not at
"0" and that the earphones are properly
connected.
4. Damaged music files can do some
damage. Check there are files in the
device.
5. Choose the FAT file system correctly in
the dialogue which appears when you
format the disc.
Check the USB cable is properly
connected.
Reinstall the CD disc driver if the PC is
running Win 98 or earlier systems.
Check there is enough memory space.
Check the battery voltage.
Check the right language has been
selected.
Readjust the position between the player
and the earphones, as the earphone wires
act as antennas to receive the signal.
