9. POSSIBLE INCIDENTS AND SOLUTIONS
Incidences STATUS Solution
Receiver does not
start.
None of the receiver
LEDs are illuminated.
Check that the receiver power supply is
correct.
Check that the receiver power supply is
correctly connected.
Only LED S1 lights up.
EEPROM error. Check that it’s inserted in your
socket, if this is the case a
nd it still doesn’t
work, contact the Technical Assistance
Service.
The receiver is not
connected to the
machine.
Connect the hose from the receiver to the
machine's control panel using the appropriate
connectors.
The receiver is connected
to the machine but still
does not work.
The receiver power supply is below 45% of the
nominal.
The receiver starts
but the machine
does not work.
The receiver is connected
to the machine but the
machine still does not
work.
The fuse of the stop relays is burnt out. It must
be replaced by a new fuse of the same value.
Place the cable/cab pushbutton panel instead of
the remote control and if it does not work either,
the problem lies with the machine.
