In case of using with Forcible RUN, Forcible STOP or Ready to receive,
input a singal to CN4#1 before activating the fucntion.
■
Control from 1 location is available up to 20 zones.
■
SW1#5 and SW1#6 are switches to
change MDR turning direction.
Transfer direction of conveyor cannot
be changed.
■
Changing the turning direction with
SW1#5 and SW1#6 while the MDR is
operating is not allowed.
Change the direction after the MDR is
stopped.
・
The turning direction is determined by a combination of SW1#5 (Motor A), SW1#6
(Motor B) and CN4#1.

Signal input to CN4#1 is valid when SW1#1 is OFF.
・
Transfer direction of CN4#1 can be changed after conveyor operation is stopped.
・
The roller is run to CW direction seen from the installed driver card side when
signal input is OFF.
・
The roller is run to CCW direction seen from the installed driver card side when
signal input is ON.
・
All driver cards
connected with communication cable are changed transfer
direction.

2 Only Motor A and Motor B of a driver card which receive a signal are changed the transfer
direction when setting as host control mode (Refer to page 35).
Transfer direction of Motor A and Motor B cannot be changed separately.
・
Error reset is not allowed to be used in parallel with Error reset signal input.
Executes an error reset from other driver card that is connected by communication
cable.
