[CHANnel:]FREQuency[:STATe] 

This  command  selects  the  excitation  frequency  for  measurement.  0  indicates 
500HZ, and 1 indicates 1000HZ.

[CHANnel:]FREQuency[:STATe] <bool> 

Parameters 

0 | 1 or ON| OFF

[CHANnel:]PANEl[:STATe] 

This command switches the measurement mode to front panel or rear panel. 1 
indicates rear panel. 0 indicates front panel.
