FUNCtion <RV|RESistance|VOLTage> 

This command is used to set and query measurement function.

This command is used to set and query  the range  of resistance.

  The 

resistance range of IT5101/IT5101H model and IT5101E model is not the same. 
The  command  of IT5101/IT5101H is: 

RESistance:RANGe <0-3100>, The 

command of IT5101E is: RESistance:RANGe<0-3.1>

。
