- The power supply has to comply with the standards.
- Periodically check the condition of the cable. Replace it if it is damaged. This
operation may only be carried out by competent and authorized personnel.
- Only use approved and marked extension cables.
- Protect the cable against high temperatures, lubricants and sharp edges. Never
twist or knot the cable.
SECTION 3 - Use and maintenance of MICRO vibrator
3.0 INSTALLATION AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Before installation and i f the motor-vibrator has been stored for over 1 months,
remove a weight cover and check that the shaft is free to turn .
ITALVIBRAS vibrators can be installed in any position.
The vibrator must be rigidly fixed to a perfectly flat structure (0.mm) with bolts and
nuts type .. Use a torque wrench (table page ).
Attention: Check the tightness again after a short period of operation.
All MICRO vibrators are supplied with a m cable. The single-phase vibrators are
supplied with the capacitor already connected into the cable (internal connections
in page ).
The power supply cable must be connected to the electricity main by an installer,
in compliance with the current safety provisions.
Always check that the power main voltage and frequency values correspond
to those indicated on the vibrator identification plate before powering the
equipment.
ATTENTION:
The yellow-green conductor of the cable (with a plate embossed with
symbol ) must be connected to the yellow green conductor (only green for USA)
of the power supply.
