if pellet loading fails to occur, especially after a power failure, check whether the safety thermostat has
intervened. If the temperature is too high, it switches off the product by cutting off the power supply to the gearmotor.
If the thermostat has intervened, it must be reset via the reset button at the back of the boiler stove after removing
the protective cap.
