PRODUCT DOSING PUMPS

Product dosing pumps suck the product from the containers and dose it with the frequency, flow rate and pressure 

required by the jet wash.

BLEEDING THE PRODUCT DOSING PUMPS

It is important not to let the product container get empty. Leave it at least 4 centimetres deep otherwise the dosing 
pump will need bleeding.
The Dosing pumps will need bleeding after a long period of inactivity or when the product container has run dry. To 
bleed the pump, enable a program which involves the dosing pump that you wish to bleed.

REGULATING THE DOSING PUMPS

The amount of product to be added is determined by the technical engineer when the machine is first started up. 

The technician takes into account the total dissolved salts (TDS) in the water, and the concentration of the chemical 
product used. If these factors change, it may be necessary to adjust the dosing pump by means of the corresponding 
parameter.

MAINTENANCE POINTS
Daily

• 

Check the level of the product to be dosed. It should be higher than 4 cm.

Monthly

• 

Check and clean pump materials in contact with aggressive chemicals.

After long periods of inactivity

• 

Clean the valves and remove any chemical deposits on them.
