7 MAINTENANCE
7.1 General Information
Due to the different conditions of service it is not possible to determine
in advance the frequency needed for wear state control, inspection,
maintenance and repair. On the basis of operating conditions it is
necessary to define a proper inspection procedure. It is advisable
however a complete inspection at least once a year; the
Isoplam
S.r.l. service is at your disposal to provide additional advice.
This manual does not examine information concerning disassembly and

Injury hazard
During all maintenance work, follow the appropriate security
measures. In this respect see the indications on page 11.
All maintenance operations must be performed with the engine off
and cold and with the power trowel resting on a stable shelf.
To maintain full functionality of the power trowel for concrete
pavements

for a long period, it is necessary to carry
out maintenance as prescribed, with propriety and professional skills.
The failure caused by insufficient or inadequate maintenance can
lead to extremely high repair costs and long periods of inactivity
of the machine.
After each maintenance intervention it is required to check the perfect
operation of all commands.
Negative check
If even a single check is negative, DO NOT USE the Power

Immediately activate all the measures to run a proper repair,
and if necessary, contact the Customer Service.
