Starter control
The starter must be activated before starting a cold engine: it is used to
increase the enrichment of fuel/air mixture and help set in motion. Once
started the engine, you must remove the enrichment of gasoline/air
mixture. In general, for start when the engine is already warm or in hot
climate, it is not necessary to use the starter.
Deadman lever
Under the rudder left knob there is a deadman
lever; it operates with maintained action. In this
way the machine use is subject to proper handle
from the operator: if the lever is not pressed with
fingers, the engine turns off.
Blade inclination adjustment screw
Continuous adjustment of the inclination of the
blades for different characteristics of smoothing is
obtainable through the screw attached to the knob
located in the central part of the rudder.
By turning the adjustment screw through the top
knob, you can adjust the angle of the 4 blades so
that their surface of
sliding on the concrete is satisfactory for the type of surface to be
obtained. The inclination of blades can be increased by turning the knob
clockwise.
