2-3.4 Wiring and alarm
Warning !!
To prevent chance of serious injury, death or property damage,
disconnect the product from main power supply before working on it.
Install a fuse between the power supply and the product is strongly recommended!
The electrical circuit diagram of the lubrication unit is affixed inside the unit and can be
accessed by removing the cap.
Remove the cap (Fig.5) and inside you can see terminal plate and cable gland nut.
Loosen cable gland (Fig.6) and then insert cable through the cable gland hole (Fig.7) to wire
up. Fix the cable gland to the housing.
Wiring must comply with the electrical circuit diagram (Fig.8) of the lubrication unit
affixed inside the unit.
Otherwise, property damage or serious injury can occur.
After electric connection is completed and then the power switched on, the level switch
would send a signal to the lubrication unit with alarm and alarm indicator light and the
motor stops at the same time when lubricant is insufficient. The user can connect terminal
point (remark NC/COM/NO) to other detectors or monitors for the application to stop
machine when the lubricant is insufficient.
