Warranty / Guarantee
Warranty claims refer to all defects of the product that are proven to be attributed to defective in materials or workmanship
We supply a 5-year warranty on the frame and the front fork for the EuroScooter. Regarding paint and all the other
accessories and spare parts (with the exception of worn parts) we assume the statutory warranty of 2 years. Regarding batteries, the
battery manufacturer’s warranty is a specified 6 months.
Attention!
Non-observance of the operation instructions, as well as improperly performed maintenance work including in particular, technical
changes and additions (attachments) without written sonsent of ISEL, will void the warranty as well as product liability in general.
