8.1

Biomass – calibrating threshold value

The biomass threshold value (C) indicates the index value (only for biomass) below which the

system no longer outputs the amount of fertiliser calculated from the sensor values. Below this

value, the manually set, specific quantity (D) is output.

This threshold value is implemented if there are passages on the field (site-specific) which have

extremely poor or lacking crop growth.
