Service for remote monitoring of the device status.

Where:
Enable SNMP server - turn on SNMP service,
Require authentication - require authentication (protocol 2c),
Community - community name,
Description - device description,
Contact - information about the owner,
Location - location,
Vendor - producer,
Timeout - statistics updating period,
Apply - apply settings.
