OPERATING

INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: Make sure both pivot arms are in the same hole to

prevent serious injury from occurring.

Make sure the pivot arm is inserted all

the way into the slot. When the Pivot

arm is aligned correctly in the groove

of the curved slot the pivot arm will be

able to move freely.
