Carefully place the magnet mount onto a flat steel, factory-painted surface avoiding any
bumps, grooves or damaged surfaces. Failure to do so could prevent a proper magnetic
bond, allowing it to become detached and strike persons or property, resulting in serious
injury or death, or in damage to the vehicle or other property.
NOTICE:
Do not try to reposition the antenna by sliding it on a painted metal surface, as this may scratch
the surface.
Avoid pinching injuries: do not place fingers between or at edge of magnetic mount and metal
surface.
