The h in the upper right hand corner of the LCD display indicates that the headset jack
at the back of the phone is currently selected for audio. When the headset jack is
enabled (see the section, Configuration Web Site), you can press the SPEAKER/
HEADSET key to select between the handset, base unit, and headset.
