3.8 Replacing the rechargeable battery pack
The rechargeable battery pack is located at the bottom of the armchair.
To replace the rechargeable battery pack, disconnect the connector cable, push
the release catch and slide the rechargeable battery pack to back up. The snap-in
mechanism is then released, and the rechargeable battery pack can be removed.
The replacement pack is installed by following the above process in reverse.
The new rechargeable battery pack can be slid into place by pushing it gently back
into the fastening plate.
In the event of a malfunction or misuse, corrosive battery acid may leak
and fumes may be produced.
