6 .3 Exporting Reports using USB
Step 1: Main Menu
Insert flash drive or connect optical drive using
Auditor-Pro
USB port
Press VIEW/EXPORT REPORT
Step 2: Export Screen
Follow instructions “Generating Reports” if one has
not been created yet
Press REPORTS
Step 3: Reports Screen
Select the FOLDER NAME you would like to export
and follow the prompts

(File Transfer Protocol)
Step 1: Safe File Transfer Protocol
Connect ethernet cable to
Auditor-Pro
Step 2: Take Note
Follow instructions “Generating Reports” if one has
not been generated yet
A prompt will appear when complete
Note the “FOLDER NAME” as this will be the name
of the directory on FTP that contains your report
Step 3: Take Note
Take note of the IP address in the footer of the
MENU screens or VIEW/EXPORT REPORT screen
(only appears when ethernet cable is connected)
