• For Crisp devices with a push button: Open and close the battery compartment. For Crisp
devices without a push button: Open and close the battery door twice within 10 seconds.
• For all Step devices: Open and close the battery compartment once. Wireless will reactivate 10
seconds later (If Root Cause is device in flight mode)
