IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The compressor has a 3 minute time delay if the unit is turned off and on quickly. The fan will continue to run
during this time.
The control is capable of displaying temperature in degrees Fahrenheit or degrees Celsius. To convert from one
to the other, press and hold the Up (
▲
) and Down (
▼
) Temp/Timer buttons at the same time, for 3 seconds.
Do not try to operate your air conditioner in the cooling mode when outside temperature is below 64ºF. The inside
evaporator coil will freeze up, and the air conditioner will not operate properly.
Air Directional Louvers
NORMAL SOUNDS
When your air conditioner is operating normally, you may hear sounds such as:
Droplets of water hitting the condenser, causing a pinging or clicking sound. The water droplets help to cool
the condenser.
Air movement from the fan.
Clicks from the thermostat cycling.
Vibrations or noise due to poor wall or window construction.
A high-pitched hum or pulsating noise caused by the modern high-efficiency compressor cycling on and off.
The 4 way air directional louvers will allow you to
direct the air flow Up or Down and Left or Right
throughout the room as needed.
To adjust air directional louvers side to side, use the
center handles as you move it side to side.
