Phone Book

Deleting the Stored Data

1.  In Standby mode, press the 

[PHONE BK]

 soft key in Standby mode. 

To delete an entry in the shared phone book, be sure to press 

the 

[SHARE]

 soft key.

2.  Press the 

[UP]

 or 

[DOWN]

 button until you find the entry you 

want to delete.

3.  Press the 

[OPTION]

 soft key then select 

Delete

.

4.  Press the 

[OK]

 soft key. The LCD will show 

“Name Entry 

Deleted”.

Chain Dialing

You can link programmed numbers together (such as calling card and 

access numbers) for one-touch dialing.

1.  In Talk mode, dial a number or a Phone Book entry by pressing 

[PHONE BK]

.

2.  While in Talk mode, if you are prompted to enter an account number 

or access number, press the 

[PHONE BK]

 button again.

3. Navigate to the Phone Book entry with the stored number and press 

the 

[DIAL]

 soft key.
