his section allows you to save or restore configuration settings and

upgrade system firmware. 

 

5.1  save/reload settings

This screen

 allows you to save (back up) the router’s current configuration

settings, which, of course, provides added protection and convenience
should problems occur with the router and you have to reset to factory 
defaults. 

save settings to file:

 Click “Save” to place the current configuration

    in the “config.bin” file on your PC. 

load settings from file:

 Click “Browse” to locate the previously saved 

    configuration file; then click “Upload” to restore the configuration. 

reset settings to default:

 Click “Reset” to force the router to perform

    a power reset and restore the original factory settings (as they were

    when you first purchased the router).
