select the User Setup, then press MENU Button to enter

Select Language on setup page, then press MENU button to enter the language page, and then use ▲ / ▼
Button to move up / down to select the language you want. There are eight languages to choose from

When Monitor is in standby mode, press Menu button and
use to navigate between pages
