When the equipment is in use, it should
be monitored continuously. When the
equipment is in use, any children near it must
not be left unattended. The equipment is not
a toy.
Remember to check your equipment
regularly. Tighten all screws, bolts and nuts
on the equipment as required. Inspect the
equipment and replace any worn parts. Do
not use the equipment if it is defective.
When moving the equipment, employ the
correct lifting technique.
The equipment is only intended for indoor
use in private households.
Use
Place your feet on the pedals and start your
workout.
Using the computer
Function button
Press the button to select function, or hold
the button to reset the computer.
STOP
: When you stop pedalling, STOP
displays on the LCD display.
REPS/MIN
: Displays the number of strides
per minute
SCAN
: Scans each function in sequence
TIME
: Determines the length of workout
session
CALORIES
: Shows the calories burned.
COUNT
: Counts up the number of strides
during the workout session.
NOTE
1. In the absence of any signal for a period
of 4 minutes, the LCD display will shut off
automatically, and all previous working
values will be reset.
2. As soon as there is a signal, the monitor
powers on automatically.
3. If the display on the monitor is faulty,
replace the battery.
How to remove battery
1. Pull out the computer from the
equipment and insert 1 x AAA battery
in the battery compartment on the
rear of the monitor. Please refer to the
illustrations below.
2. Ensure the battery is correctly positioned
and the battery springs are in proper
contact with the battery.
3. Then replace the computer and make
sure it is securely in place.
4. Battery life is approx. 1 year under normal
usage.
