How to Retrieve Device’s Configuration Snapshot
1.
Login to IOTC (inseego.cumulocity.com)
2.
From Device Management’s All devices, pick your device Eg: ID-990000123456789
3.
Select Configuration
4.
Navigate down the screen and to find “Get new snapshot from device”
5.
Popup should appear once retrieval from device begins
6.
AWS Link with downloaded Configuration snapshot tar file should be available. Accessing
AWS link on Browser will let user download the tar file.
