When a disc is being played, the rotation speed is very high. Make sure not to
use damaged, scratched, cracked or bent discs.

Fingerprints or dust on the lens can impair the laser beam and affect the signal’s
quality. A poor signal quality generates a poor playing quality. Use a soft cloth to
wipe the disc, from the disc centre towards the outside.

If the disc is very dirty, start the wiping with a wet soft cloth, and then use a dry
soft cloth to wipe it dry. Do not use detergents, benzene, thinner, antistatic
liquid or other solvents to avoid damaging the faces of the disc.

Always put the discs back into their original boxes when not use. Do not place
discs in hot, humid or directly sunshine ‐ exposed places.

