STARTING
THE
UNIT
POWER
SUPPLY
‐
This
unit
operates
on
110
‐
240V~
50H/60
Hz
via
a
power
cord,
or
via
4x
1.5V
LR14
batteries
(not
included).
‐
The
use
of
other
power
sources
can
damage
the
unit
and
void
your
warranty.
•
To
avoid
electric
shock,
avoid
touching
the
power
cord
with
wet
hands.
•
Lay
the
power
cord
so
that
it
will
not
roll
up
or
be
trampled
on
by
anyone.
Avoid
overloading
the
mains
sockets
with
too
many
connections,
as
this
can
cause
fire
or
electric
shock.
If
the
unit
will
not
be
used
for
a
long
time,
unplug
the
power
cord
from
the
power
outlet,
and
remove
the
batteries
to
prevent
leakage
that
could
damage
the
device.
MAINS
POWER
SUPPLY
‐
Completely
unroll
the
power
cord
and
insert
the
small
end
into
the
power
socket
on
the
back
of
the
unit.
Insert
the
other
end
of
the
cord
into
a
wall
socket.

Please
note
that
this
unit
is
equipped
with
a
polarized
mains
plug,
which
has
a
wide
pin
and
a
thin
one.
This
is
a
safety
device
intended
to
reduce
the
risk
of
electric
shock.
This
polarized
plug
fits
only
into
a
polarized
wall
outlet.
If
your
wall
outlet
is
not
polarized,
you
will
not
be
able
to
insert
this
plug
into
your
outlet.

Please
do
not
attempt
to
bypass
this
safety
device
by
using
an
un

polarized
adapter,
or
by
modifying
the
wide
pin
to
fit
the

It
